Chief Executive Officer - Isheunesu (Ish) Makuzwa

Ish is the Group Chief Executive Officer of Cell Holdings, that owns Cell Insurance Company Zimbabwe. Cell Insurance is a technical partner and shareholder to Lidwala Insurance Company. Ish has worked in the insurance industry in Zimbabwe for the past 12 years. He has worked as a Risk Manager for CGU Insurance, Marketing Manager for Standard Fire Insurance Company and General Manager for Aon Zimbabwe before joining Cell Insurance as the pioneering Managing Director.(ishm@lidwalainsurance.com)

General Manager - Tichafara (Tich) Magore

Tich is the General Manager for Lidwala Insurance Company. Tich has over 12years experience in the short term insurance industry and prior to joining Lidwala Insurance Co, Tich previously worked for CGU Insurance as an Account Executive, Head of Underwriting for Standard Fire & General then Underwriting Manager (Property & Engineering Lines) for AIG Zimbabwe before joining Cell as the Regional Manager responsible for the Southern Region operations of the organization. Consulting Marketing Manager - Maxman Mutsau

Max is the Consulting Marketing Manager for Lidwala Insurance Company who will be working closely with the local Marketing Head for Lidwala (Octavia Kunene) under the skills transfer arrangement in the management contract.

Max is currently the Group Marketing Manager of Cell Holdings.

Consulting Finance Manager - Brian Mutaurwa

Brian is the Consulting Finance Manager for Lidwala Insurance Company who will be working closely with the local Finance Head for Lidwala (Cidalia Goncalves) under the skills transfer arrangement in the management contract.

Brian is currently the Group Finance Manager for Cell Holdings.

Consulting ICT Manager

Andisen is the Consulting ICT Manager for Lidwala Insurance Company who will be working closely with the local IT Head (Nompumulelo Maziya) for Lidwala under the skills transfer arrangement in the management contract.

Andisen is currently the Group IT Manager of Cell Holdings.

Skills Transfer

The local Swaziland personnel understudying and working closely with their consultants from technical partner Cell Insurance will under go an intense and comprehensive training in their respective units to ensure that they are fully capacitated after the expiry of the management contract between Lidwala and Cell who is both a technical partner and Shareholder in the company.

The local team will be exposed to their technical partner 'operations in Zimbabwe as part of the training.
