Chairman - Vusi Dlamini

Vusi previously worked for Pricewaterhouse Coopers (Swaziland) as an Assistant Audit Manager and later joined Nedbank Swaziland where he worked as Head of Audit and later as Head of Credit. He also worked for the Swaziland National Provident Fund as Finance Director responsible for the overall financial operations of the institution.

Vusi sits on the board of various local organizations in Swaziland.

Principal Officer - Isheunesu (Ish) Makuzwa

Ish is the Group Chief Executive Officer of Cell Holdings, that owns Cell Insurance Company Zimbabwe. Cell Insurance is a technical partner and shareholder to Lidwala Insurance Company. Ish has worked in the insurance industry in Zimbabwe for the past 12years. He has worked as a Risk Manager for CGU Insurance, Marketing Manager for Standard Fire Insurance Company and General Manager for Aon Zimbabwe before joining Cell Insurance as the pioneering Managing Director.

Non Executive Director - Nontombi Maphanga (Mrs)

Nontombi is a Civil Engineer by profession and currently works for Swaziland Water Services Corporation as a Technical Services Director. Prior to that she worked for CAP as Project Coordinator and Coca Cola Swaziland as a Quality Assurance Chemist.

Non Executive Director - John Sibanda

John is a renowed insurance practitioner who until his retirement was the Managing Director of CGU Insurance (Zimbabwe) & also worked as a director with CGU Insurance (SA). Currently John is the Principal Officer of Sisonke Risk Solutions a risk consultancy firm based in South Africa.

John sits on a number of boards both in South Africa and Zimbabwe.

Non Executive Director - Norman Buckman

Norman is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Thembani International Guarantee and has enormous international experience having previously worked as Agri Business Technical Advisor (Moz & Zim), Managing Director of Fundo de Credito Communitario (a micro finance lending project) with Mozambique, Finance & Operations Director of World Relief International (Maputo), Executive Director of Pharmaceutical Distribution P/L, General Manager of The Growth Trust Corporation and General Manager of Meridien BIAO Bank (Swaziland).

Norman also sits in a number of various boards both in Swaziland, South Africa and other regional and international companies.

Non Executive Director - Walter Bennett

Walter Bennet is a public figure in Swaziland having previously served as a councilor and former Mayor of Mbabane City. He is the Principal Officer and founder member of Buzzby Services a family owned business. He brings in a vast experience from both the private and public sectors.

Walter also sits on a number of various boards in Swaziland.
