Chairman - Dr Gerrit Sandrock

Dr Sandrock is a renowned insurance practioner who brings enormous experience of over 30yrs in the short term insurance industry.

Until his retirement, Gerrit was the founding MD of First National Insurance Company South Africa, He also served as the Honorary Treasurer of the Insurance Institute of South Africa.

Gerrit sits on a number of company boards in South Africa and consults extensively in the field of insurance for a number of firms locally in South Africa and abroad.

Moses Motsa

Moses is a seasoned businessman with vast investments in property, motor dealerships, hotels and retail industries in both Eswatini and South Africa. He has many years of board experience having sat on the boards of a number quasi-government and commercial organisations. As a former municipal councillor, honouree of The Order of Sobhuza II, he also chairs the Remuneration Committee of the Board.

Ish Makuzwa

He brings over 14years experience in the short term insurance having worked for CGU Insurance as Risk Manager before joining Standard Fire & General as Marketing Manager and later Aon Zimbabwe where he was the General Manager.

He is the pioneering MD of Cell Insurance which has grown to establish a holding of the Cell Group of Companies which has Cell Insurance(short term), Cellmed Medical Fund and Nectacare (Pvt) Ltd (medical services company). Isheunesu is the CEO of the group.

He is the Pioneering CEO of Lidwala Insurance and presides of the Strategy and Technical Committee of Lidwala Insurance.

Lovemore Madzinga

Lovemore is a Chartered Accountant who brings over 14years experience in the financial field of the insurance sector.

He is currently the Executive Director (Finance & Administration) of Baobab Reinsurance Company. Lovemore sits on the boards of a number of established financial and insurance service providers in Zimbabwe and some SADC countries

Company Secretary

Gcinekile is an admitted attorney of the high court of Swaziland and a qualified Chartered Secretary. She started her corporate career as a claims processor and legal officer in the company for one year after which she was then moved to head the newly established legal department.

She is currently pursuing her Masters in Commercial law (dissertation stage) and is also doing a program in Business Continuity Management.
